Asado Doble BBQ

South America home with our Asado BBQ grills. The Asado Doble BBQ comes with a rotisserie and two height adjustable floating grills.

South American fire tables are all about a la parrilla grilling – using the embers from your fire to grill and infuse your food with smoky flavour. Load up the fire basket with logs, wait for the embers to drop onto the fire bricks below then draw them across to the grill for cooking.

The Asado Doble BBQ comes with dual floating grills that can be slotted into place at various heights so that you can cook low to the embers or high above the heat. A rotisserie is also included which sits between the fire basket and floating grills. 

The overhead smoking cage not only looks impressive, but provides more cooking space. The suspended high grill is ideal to hang above the fire basket to keep your corn on the cob warm or to add smoky flavour to your cheeses. 

Maintaining your fire pit

NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long-term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish. Looking after your fire pit

Your new fire pit is designed to be low maintenance and can be kept outdoors all year round but a few simple things will help extend its life:

• Your fire pit will develop an even rusty patina. This will not affect its use or longevity but if you like, you can clean it up with a wire brush and then rub over oil such as WD40.
