Open grill with super-reinforced brazier and refractory stone lining. Cooking surface: 80 x 40 cm. The structure is made of steel and stainless steel  wood brazier, separated from the barbecue spaces reserved for cooking, allows continuous combustion of the wood and consequently the possibility of grilling, avoiding interruptions in cooking linked to the extinction of the embers of classic charcoal grills. Furthermore, this type of brazier allows indirect cooking of foods such as spit or vertical cooking. The barbecue is equipped with an air intake on the bottom of the brazier and a practical ash drawer; the air intake allows you to fuel the combustion of the embers, increasing their calorific value.
