The internal structure of the Rosso Marinara Oven is stainless steel, while the external one is electrogalvanized steel treated. In addition, this has paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.
