You can easily check your food while it cooks without removing the lid thanks to the large cooking area with black porcelain-enamelled cast iron surfaces inside a double-skinned stainless steel roasting hood, which also has a large viewing window and an integrated thermometer.
This model has 3 main burners and a side burner that is integrated right into the BBQ's right-side shelf. Due to its output being a little lower than that of the main burners, the side burner is perfect for quickly preparing stir-fries and sauces. To prevent flare-ups, there are stainless steel vaporisers that effectively spread the flames across the grill and plate surfaces.
